Question
Dear Sir and Madam,
I have a newly set up team of five members, age group from 26 years old to be 48 years old (with one female and four males). I am planning a 1/2 day outdoor activity that we can have fun and at the end of the team building exercise. I want to deliver information and expectations to my four members whom the message is very significant – as a team. We will navigate our own way through rough seas or obstacles this year but still get to our destination.
Any activity, all five members enjoy the fun and the same time. I can be delivery the take home message? Preferred low risk activities. This activity we are able to afford to do it in Singapore for this round.
I am here to seek your ideas and advises.
Hope to hear from you ASAP.
Thanks
Best regards,
Melvin
