  • Help a group identify what they are doing that is working and what is not working or could be working better.

Directions

This is a classic change management activity. It's helpful for groups thinking about group process, objectives, and team dynamics. Prior to the meeting, ask the group to reflect on these 3 questions and bring a few answers to each question:

  1. STOP: What are we doing that is not working?
  2. START: What should we begin doing to improve?
  3. CONTINUE: What is working well?

Get the group together and have them post their ideas on post-it notes on three different boards. Facilitate a discussion for the group around each of the categories.
