Divide the larger group into 3-5 smaller groups. Instruct each small group to find X number of things they all have in common. The facilitator should choose the X number ahead of time, depending on the time frame and group size. Challenge the groups to think creatively (beyond obvious similarities such as "we are all here doing this activity right now"). Some examples include places they have all traveled, books they have all read, life goals etc. After all the groups have finished, re-assemble the larger group and have a spokesperson from each smaller group share what they came up with.
