Group Size
Directions
Put participants into pairs.
Teach one of the two people in the pair a some sort of talent (for example: how to whistle with your hands).
Have that person go and teach that talent to other participants in the group.
Debrief
This is a great exercise to give people a chance to teach, and to show them how to listen and learn.
Alternatives
You can customize this by asking participants to share their particular area of expertise, related to the subject of the training, that they are willing to share during the workshop.
You may teach one talent to one person, and a second talent to the other person. Have them both take turns being the teacher and the student.
