This article needed work. I reworked it completely keeping true to the original idea as best I could.

===MaterialsDirections===none
===Set Up===pair up Put participantsinto pairs.
===Directions===•Everyone selects Teach one of the two people in the pair a some sort of talent or special gift (for example: how to whistle with your hands).  Have that they possess and can teach or demonstrate for the other person. They introduce themselves, explain what their special talent is, go and then teach the other person how to do their special that talent. Should be something simple, e.g. how to whistle, how to snap, how to tie a special knot, or how to find out some information, how to spin a pen on your finger, etcother participants in the group.
===Debrief===

This is a great exercise to give people a chance to teach, and to show them how to listen and learn.
===Alternatives===
 You can customise customize this by asking participants to share their particular area of expertise, related to the subject of the training, that they are willing to share during the workshop. You may teach one talent to one person, and a second talent to the other person. Have them both take turns being the teacher and the student.
