"I couldn't carry a tune in a bushel basket" is a common protest by people who are hesitant to participate in anything labeled "music." But the best way to use the team-building activities in this category is to promise "no talent required," and "no judegement involved," encouraging everyone to join in for the fun of it. At best, laughter mixes with the high notes, fingers start snapping, and some "get into" it as enthusiastically as if they were back in kindergarten.
