* March 2006 - Teampedia was founded by [[User:Smarbin| Seth Marbin]]with the help of many City Year & AmeriCorps Alums: Jeff Murphy, Rick Jakious, Camille Kennedy, Eric Johnson, Matthew Little, Andrew Raven, Jordan Roberts, Nikki Tabron and Alissa Ziemianski. And consultation and support from Adhi Nagraj, Archie Nagraj, Jana Zvibleman, Bruce Marbin, devora marbin, Jyothi Marbin, Alexandra Allen, Charlie Rose and many more [[Special:Listusers| team members]].
* April, 2007 - Began advertising with Google Adwords with budget of $1/day on the Google search network.
* April, 2007 - Started tracking visitors with Google Analytics (avg ~50/day for the first week).
* April, 2007 - The first day the wiki was spammed :(
* April, 2008 - Teampedia was featured on the AmeriCorps Alums Blog: [http://www.americorpsalums.org/news/14711/AmeriCorps-Alum-Creates-Team-Building-Website-for-Current-Members.htm| AmeriCorps Alum Creates Team Building Website for Current Members]
* August 5, 2008 - Teampedia reached over 1,000,000 page views (since we started tracking visitors)!
* August, 2011 - Teampedia hit a new high with 50,000 visits in one month, and over 10,000 unique visitors in one week.
* Although Teampedia has no direct affiliation with the [http://wikimedia.org/ WikiMedia Foundation], or their project [http://en.wikipedia.org Wikipedia - the free online encylopedia], this project was heavily inspired by both.
* Most of the initial teambuilding activities on Teampedia were inspired by activities used at [http://www.cityyear.org City Year] (the nation's largest [http://www.americorps.org AmeriCorps] program).
* The Teampedia logo was inspired by the [http://www.vanderbilt.edu/pgcc/newpgcc.htm Vanderbilt University Portable Group Challange Challenge Course] logo.
