• JavaScript redirect the index page to the wiki main page
• Edit background color monobook/main.css > body background = #AACCDD (web safe light steel blue)
• remove toolbox (commented it out in monobook.php), see: Remove_toolbox instructions
• change MediaWiki:Sidebar navigation see: Administrator's_Handbook/Side_Bar
• Update Mediawiki to current version
• Add CreateArticle Extension
