I'm Liz Hafer, founder and Chief Adventure Officer at Corporate Teams. We offer innovative and collaborative team building, leadership and corporate events throughout the united states.

Corporate Teams is a leadership and team development company that delivers high energy teambuilding programs to corporate teams across the globe. Corporate Teams was founded by Liz Hafer in 1995 after a successful career as a Sales Executive with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC).

Liz created Corporate Teams to provide both intensive team and leadership development training to organizations across the world in addition to the management, design and execution of team building events for companies seeking active adventure combined with valuable learning objectives. Corporate Teams provides programming that includes:

From short two hour programs to multi-day events, Corporate Teams designs teambuilding programs that energize teams and achieves results.

Liz completed her Masters in International Management at the University of Denver and uses her expertise to work with Global Teams. Liz spent 12 years on the faculty at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and the University of Colorado, Leeds School of Business as a Professor of Marketing specializing in International Marketing and Marketing Strategy.

Liz is a master facilitator able to adapt her style to the needs of the team. She is engaging and promotes active dialogue, alignment to workplace case work and experiential learning as the means of integrating team and leadership principles. Participants are then able to successfully implement these new found behaviors and actions upon immediate return to the workplace.
