Many Several companies offer bike building events which allow your team or company to build teamwork and collaboration skills while building bikes that are then donated to needy kids via a nonprofit or charity. This is a great way to build teams while making a meaningful contribution to the world. The Leaders Institute claims that their Build-A-Bike® program is the "The Original Charity Team Building Event," created a decade ago, and that it led to the creation of the philanthropic team building industry.
