Ask everyone to bring in one photo of themselves as a baby, unlabeled.
Display all of the photos.

At a gathering, have everyone guess the identity of each baby.
===Debrief===
Have each person tell something about their background. Discuss how the diversity may influence the team's interactive or work styles.
===Alternatives===
The photos can be of team members at different ages, e.g., as teenagers, or "10 years ago."
People can write their guesses about the identities on paper provided by each photo.
Photos can be shared physically or on a shared electronic space.
