Ask each person to bring a few photos of their family, friends, and/or pets.
Schedule a gathering time.
Put each person's name with their photoes.

Have people circulate around looking each other's photos. Give time for both viewing and discussing.
===Debrief===
Discussions may be about similarities, diversity, how people's outside lives influence their interactions and work with the team . . .
===Alternatives===
Display photos for a period of time without a gathering. Have people guess whose photos are whose. {see also [[Photos as Babies]]]
