Here This activity helps one access their own style and strengths and/or learn about each other's. Because there are the links to three several variations of this activity, we provide here links to three versions:
"The Leadership Compass provides participants a tool for understanding how they approach work and how it can differ from how others approach work. The Medicine Wheel also teaches about the four aspects of our nature: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each of these must be equally developed in a healthy, well-balanced individual through the development and use of volition (the will). A balanced Leader will incorporate the strengths of each of the four directions to create aholistic approach.php
